Executive Order detailing new =mmigration procedures. A federal judge in Hawaii state on 15 March =pproved a
nationwide temporary restraining order against travel =estrictions within the Order, hours before the measure was to
come into =ffect on 16 March. A similar ruling was subsequently issued by a =ederal judge in Maryland state. The rulings
